This adds support to MSDB and Master system databases. Other changes to features include the expansion to operations
users can perform with Always Encrypted data; additional Polybase connectors for SQL Server, Oracle, MongoDB and Teradata;
additional persistent memory options for storage; and improvements on Query Processing.

The following requirements apply to all SQL Server 2019 installations:
·         .NET Framework:
o   SQL Server 2019 require .NET Framework 4.6 for the Database Engine, Master Data Services, or Replication. SQL Server 2019 setup automatically installs .NET Framework.
You can also manually install .NET Framework from Microsoft .NET Framework 4.6 (Web Installer).
o   Require KB2919355 before installing .NET Framework 4.6.
·         Supported operating systems for SQL Server 2019 requires a built-in network
·         Hard Disk
o   SQL Server 2019 requires a minimum of 6 GB of available hard-disk space.
§  Disk space requirements will vary with the SQL Server 2017 components you install.
·         Drive
o   A DVD drive, as appropriate, is required for installation from disc.
·         Monitor
o   SQL Server 2019 requires Super-VGA (800x600) or higher resolution monitor.
·         Internet
o   Internet functionality requires Internet access (fees may apply).
