Phase Linear D-500 Series Two stereo power amp
,
(identical to Dual 500 except for front-panel lettering), 500+ watts/channel at 8 ohms, original owner, 20-30 hours total use at mostly low to medium power. This amp was thoroughly checked out 6/21/21, many aging components were replaced, controls & jacks treated w/Caig products, power tested, LED display calibrated, etc. It works as it did from the factory.
Like-new optional walnut side panels & top cover included, along with original owner's manual & full service manual w/schematics / service bulletins / etc. Front & rear of amp are in excellent condition (rear heat sink had minor edge nicking, touched up after photos taken), chassis sides (hidden by walnut) are scratched, chassis top & bottom panels have minor nicks - all are shown in photos.
These amps were only made from 1978 to 1980, and are rare even in the US.  This one is the first fully-functional/serviced D-500 w/walnut side panels I've ever seen offered for international bidding.  A 'for parts or not working' one with no walnut sides sold for ,550 USD a few months ago.
