A great looking Pinback.
RE- ELECT JACK SHIELDS - PROGRESSIVE CONSERVATIVE.
Jack Shields represented the Alberta riding of Athabasca where he was first elected in the 1980 federal election and re-elected in 1984 and again in 1988.  Shields left federal politics after his defeat in the 1993 federal election.
Not sure when this was issued.
Pinback measures approx. 2 1/4 inches.  It is in good condition but is showing some very minor marks to surface
.
No rust.
Pinback type of fastener.
